From-Scratch Kitchen & Bakery Favorites Made on the Farm
Farmer Dave’s bakery and kitchen are rooted in a simple idea: reduce food waste and turn great ingredients into something delicious. The bakery began in 2017 with Strawberry Cinnamon Bread—made from owner Jane’s mom’s recipe—and has since grown into more than 200 scratch-made items across all four seasons, with recipes inspired by grandparents, parents, friends, and neighbors and baked fresh on the farm daily.
The savory kitchen launched in 2020 with quiche as its flagship item and quickly expanded to include soups, pickles, and a wide range of prepared foods and seasonal offerings. All stocks and soups are made from scratch using local ingredients whenever possible, with many items available frozen for convenience, including take-and-bake pies and thaw-and-serve desserts. New fresh prepared foods—like dips, salads, proteins, and easy dinner options—continue to be added, making it even easier to enjoy farm-fresh meals at home.
